Losing weight is your main priority but what do you do if you have no time to exercise?
I know there a lot of people out there like me who are facing this problem.
Though we can’t blame (some) of them because the most answer given is due to the nature of their job (and hopefully being lazy is not your answer) so how will you still be able to be losing weight if you fall into this category?
Here are 7 tips you can follow.
1. Reduce food intake - There is no reason for you to take more kcal than what you normally eat, so try to reduce carbohydrate and eat more vegetable and fruits. Eat fish more often instead of red meat.

2. Sleep early at night - You should be happy that you can still lose weight when you sleep. Furthermore, going to sleep early will stop you from having a late night snack.
3. Drink more water - Why not? It’s free, good for hydrating the skin and adding glow to your face. 8 glasses a day is all you need.
4. Reduce or omit sugar in your drinks - Maybe you don’t realize this but whatever that taste sweet is only adding up to your weight.
If you must have something sweet i.e. cake or muffins, have water or coffee without sugar.
5. Prepare your food earlier - I know some people are lazy to cook and when that happens, they tend to feed themselves whatever they see in the fridge or just order Pizza or McDonald’s, this is a no-no so before this happens, make a habit to cook more healthy food during the weekend and freeze the rest so you can just grab and warm them during the weekdays or when laziness strikes.
6. If you really can’t follow tips no. 4, the next time you go shopping for groceries, do not buy chocolate, cake or any sweet stuff, grab the fruits instead. Remember, if you don’t have them at home, you won’t eat them.
7. Divide your food into two parts. If you have a big plate of food for lunch, just eat the half portion and eat the other portion for dinner.
Now, there is no more reason for you not losing weight even without exercise. Go on try these tips and eat smart!
Cheers
